AMEON 1.0 / COMMANDER HANDBOOK
FAQ
Your first colony, explained one question at a time.
What is Robotant?
A persistent browser strategy game in AMEON 1.0. Build a colony, manage four resources and energy, explore nearby worlds, expand and compete with other commanders. You decide what to develop; the server completes paid jobs and flights while you are offline.
How do I start?
Choose a public name, [gamertag], planet name, email address and password. Confirm the email link to activate your account. Only then is a free homeworld assigned. You start with one scout; your email address stays private.
The confirmation email is missing. What can I do?
Check spam and your address, then use Resend confirmation in the game access screen. Allow at least one minute between requests. Links expire after 24 hours. On another device, sign in with the same email and password before confirming. Contact support if delivery still fails.
What should I build first?
Compare your next project's costs with hourly production in Farming. Improve mineral production and substrate first, keep enough energy available, and expand moisture or deuterium when they limit the next step. Click i for the exact next-level benefit. Avoid spending your last deuterium before a planned scout flight.
Why is a building dimmed?
A prerequisite, resource, chamber or free construction slot is missing. Click its i button to see every requirement and your current values. Higher stages cost more and take longer; a dimmed card does not mean the building is permanently unavailable.
Why can I only see part of the galaxy?
Each colony has a satellite coverage radius. Higher Satellite stations stages expand it; colonies combine their coverage. Hollow gray-violet worlds are unknown, turquoise worlds are explored. Scout a world to learn whether it is free, colonizable or defended.
When can I use radar?
Complete Satellite stations stage 5 and restore at least 50% energy reserve. Activation consumes 25 reserve units; further drain increases every minute. Radar switches off when the reserve is empty. It detects passing pirate traffic. Confirmed attacks inside your coverage are visible without radar.
Why are my flights so long?
Distance and the slowest ship determine the travel time. Scouts are fastest; colony ships are slow. Nearby flights take minutes, distant ones hours or days. Propulsion research improves speed and fuel use. The mission planner shows duration and deuterium cost before launch.
How do I move resources and ships?
Use Transport or Collect between your own colonies and choose amounts for each resource. One transporter holds 15,000 units before Cargo logistics bonuses, shared across all resource types. Stationing permanently moves the surviving ships to another owned colony; normal missions return.
How do I defend my colony?
Keep fighters in the garrison or select a visible incoming red arrow and launch a defense fleet. Fighters have twice their attack strength when defending. A successful interception before arrival prevents the attacker from taking colony resources. Mission details let you observe the meeting on the map.
Can a strong player attack me immediately?
PvP beginner protection lasts 72 hours. Alliance protection, the score-range limit, repeat-attack cooldown and vacation protection also apply. NPC pirates follow a separate, gentle schedule: their first warning starts after 24 hours, with an hour to react.
How are rankings calculated?
Empire points reflect your economy, research, fleet, expansion and earned combat points. Losing ships lowers fleet points even if you win a battle. Alliance ranking adds the empire points of every member. Equal totals share a rank. Click an alliance tag to visit its page.
How do I manage messages?
Messages start with 20 entries; load more when needed. Expand a row for the full report and use Delete to remove an entry from your view. Deleting your copy of a private message does not remove the other player's copy. Deleting a report does not reverse points, resources or a battle.
Is the beta free, and will my progress stay?
The beta is free. RANT tokens, purchases and Solana wallets are not active. Balancing and features may change; announced beta resets can remove progress. Optional email alerts are off by default and can be enabled separately in Settings.
